Aerial Silks
Strength • Stability • Nervous System Support
Aerial silks is a full-body strength and conditioning class designed to help you build functional strength, stability, and body awareness—while also supporting your nervous system and lymphatic health.
Using the fabric for support, you’ll work on pulling strength, core engagement, balance, and coordination. Movements are taught progressively, making this an accessible and empowering way to build strength at your own pace. No prior aerial experience is needed.
Gentle inversions and controlled transitions help calm the nervous system, improve circulation, and support lymphatic flow—leaving many students feeling both stronger and more regulated after class.
This class is beginner-friendly, with options to increase challenge as you grow.
Somatic Movement & Fascia Release
This class provides a gentle yet powerful approach to releasing long-held physical, emotional, and energetic patterns stored in the body.
Through slow somatic movement, intuitive breathwork, and guided myofascial release, you’ll learn to sense where your fascia is holding, unwind stored tension, and restore mobility from the inside out. As the tissue softens, the nervous system settles, emotional pressure releases, and the body’s natural intelligence begins to reawaken.
This practice weaves together science and somatic awareness with subtle energetic work, including sensory tracking, intuitive movement, and elements of Reiki and PSYCH-K® subconscious reprogramming. Each session is intuitively guided and responsive to the needs of the group, supporting the release of dense energy and the rebalancing of key systems such as the heart, gut, and nervous system.

Body Mapping: Trace the Truth Within
In each class, you’ll be guided through grounding, inquiry, movement, and reflection to locate and liberate the energies living in your tissues. Beneath the tension in your shoulders, the clench in your jaw, the flutter in your gut, there is a map — a living blueprint of your experiences, emotions, traumas, and truths.
This Body Mapping somatic journey invites you to recognize where you hold fear, grief, joy, or anger, and to gently meet those places that have been silenced, shamed, or split off. Through presence, breath, and conscious movement, you’ll begin to soften, listen, and restore a relationship with your body’s innate wisdom — allowing what’s been held to finally move, integrate, and release.
The Aligned Body

This class gently teaches you why you repeat certain emotional, mental, or physical patterns and how those patterns live in the body. Through a blend of education, guided somatic awareness, breathwork, meditation, and visualization, you’ll begin to recognize your automatic responses and learn how to release them without force, blame, or overwhelm.
Rather than “fixing” yourself, Aligned Body is about revealing what’s already intact. We work with the idea that you are not broken—you’ve simply been shaped by early experiences, conditioning, and inherited patterns. Like carving a block of stone, this class helps you soften and remove what was never truly you, allowing your natural alignment to emerge.
You’ll be guided to listen to the subtle signals of your body—your breath, nervous system, fascia, organs, and energy centers—where emotional memory and subconscious loops are often stored. As awareness increases, the body begins to reorganize on its own, creating space for regulation, clarity, and a sense of flow.

With each inhale and exhale, we’ll reunite with the subtler layers of somatic awareness, achieving deeper nervous system recalibration and expanded states of embodied consciousness.
We’ll explore how breathing patterns, conscious micro-movements, and refined body-mapping techniques can unlock hidden reservoirs of vitality and dissolve deeply rooted protective patterns. You’ll learn how to navigate and integrate more intense energetic releases, expand your capacity for presence, and work skillfully with the body’s innate wisdom.

Through guided meditation, sacred prayer, music, and intentional sipping of ceremonial-grade cacao, we open our hearts to stillness, intuition, and spirit. Power Flow
Awaken your inner strength and vitality in this dynamic, one-hour practice that blends movement, breath, and mindfulness. Class begins with seven minutes of grounding breathwork and meditation to center your energy before flowing into 45 minutes of strong, empowering sequences — including sun salutations, energizing postures, and optional hand weights for added intensity. Each session closes with seven minutes of mindful breath and meditation, followed by a soothing savasana to integrate your practice.
