WHAT IS DEEP?
DEEP by Buti® is a restorative movement sequence that utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique® to connect mind to muscle and catalyze vibrational change on a cellular level. DEEP is low-impact and focuses on micro-movements paired with physical touch to connect the brain to innervated muscle tissue, restructuring the deep core.
DEEP is designed to prevent injury, restore muscle innervation and assist in the recovery of bladder/ uterine prolapse and diastasis recti. The class structure also includes self-massage and pressure point activation to release muscles during deep restorative asanas.
Simply Flow Yoga
Return to the rhythm of breath and body through a fluid, simple vinyasa flow. Grounded in the basics, this class invites ease and presence, with occasional threads of other movement styles woven in to support curiosity and connection—keeping things fresh and intuitive.
Blend of Pilates Precision & Yoga Flow
Blend of Pilates Precision & Yoga Flow is a transformative movement experience that combines the core strength and alignment of Pilates with the breath-centered fluidity and grace of yoga. Expect mindful transitions, deep core engagement, and a grounded sense of ease as you build strength, flexibility, and body awareness from the inside out.

Aerial Silks
Strength & Nervous System Support
Aerial Silks is a full-body strength and conditioning class focused on building functional strength, stability, balance, and body awareness while also supporting nervous system and lymphatic health. Using the aerial fabric for support, students develop pulling strength and core engagement through progressive, accessible movement.
Gentle inversions and controlled transitions help promote circulation, lymphatic flow, and nervous system regulation while building confidence in the air.
No aerial experience is required. This class is beginner-friendly and adaptable for all levels.
Aerial Unwind
Restorative Movement & Deep Relaxation
Aerial Unwind is a calming, restorative hammock class designed to help the body and nervous system transition out of the day and into rest. Using low-to-the-ground hammocks, students move slowly through supported shapes that allow muscles to soften, joints to decompress, and the nervous system to settle.
Class concludes with a fully supported floating meditation, creating space for deep relaxation and nervous system restoration.
No aerial experience is required. This class is accessible for beginners and anyone seeking rest and recovery.
Preteen Aerial Silks (Ages 8–15)
Preteen Aerial Silks introduces young students to the exciting world of aerial movement in a fun, supportive environment. This class focuses on building strength, coordination, flexibility, and confidence while learning foundational aerial silks skills.
Students develop body awareness, teamwork, and creativity as they explore climbs, poses, and simple sequences in the fabric. Classes are structured to be safe, encouraging, and age-appropriate while helping young movers build both physical strength and self-confidence.
No previous aerial experience is required.
HIIT Training
Body Weight Blast is a high energy class designed with you in mind to build strength, endurance, and confidence using simple but powerful movements.
Expect short interval bursts of cardio, functional strength training, and motivating coaching in a supportive, multi-ability environment where everyone can energetically move, grow, adapt, and modify. Whether you’re new to HIIT or seeking a challenging workout, this exhilarating class will leave you feeling strong and proud of your accomplishments.
Somatic Movement
A somatic healing series to rewire your nervous system and restore your energetic flow.
Somatic Movement is a transformational practice combining breathwork, intuitive movement, Reiki, sensory awareness, and PSYCH-K® subconscious reprogramming. This series focuses on releasing stored tension, clearing dense energy, and rebalancing major systems in the body—like the heart, gut, and nervous system.
Each class is intuitively guided and tailored to the group’s needs, helping you shift deep-rooted patterns, regulate your system, and reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom. Expect to leave each session feeling lighter, more empowered, and aligned from within.
Body Mapping: Trace the Truth Within
In each class, you’ll be guided through grounding, inquiry, movement, and reflection to locate and liberate the energies living in your tissues. Beneath the tension in your shoulders, the clench in your jaw, the flutter in your gut, there is a map — a living blueprint of your experiences, emotions, traumas, and truths.
This Body Mapping somatic journey invites you to recognize where you hold fear, grief, joy, or anger, and to gently meet those places that have been silenced, shamed, or split off. Through presence, breath, and conscious movement, you’ll begin to soften, listen, and restore a relationship with your body’s innate wisdom — allowing what’s been held to finally move, integrate, and release.
The Aligned Body
It’s not a workout—it’s a reset.
This class gently teaches you why you repeat certain emotional, mental, or physical patterns and how those patterns live in the body. Through a blend of education, guided somatic awareness, breathwork, meditation, and visualization, you’ll begin to recognize your automatic responses and learn how to release them without force, blame, or overwhelm.
Rather than “fixing” yourself, Aligned Body is about revealing what’s already intact. We work with the idea that you are not broken—you’ve simply been shaped by early experiences, conditioning, and inherited patterns. Like carving a block of stone, this class helps you soften and remove what was never truly you, allowing your natural alignment to emerge.
You’ll be guided to listen to the subtle signals of your body—your breath, nervous system, fascia, organs, and energy centers—where emotional memory and subconscious loops are often stored. As awareness increases, the body begins to reorganize on its own, creating space for regulation, clarity, and a sense of flow.
Suspended Stillness: Aerial Meditation & Sound + Donation and or Energy Trade
Aerial Meditation & Nervous System Reset
A deeply restorative meditation experience using aerial hammocks to support the body in floating or reclining positions. Gentle swaying, sound bowls, and guided silence help calm the nervous system and create a felt sense of safety and rest. Designed especially for caregivers and those who hold others often. Donation-based community offering.
(The class can hold 8 in aerials, 12 total if 4 are ok with the cozy pads, allowing them to create a sense of urgency to sign up as the first 8).
Catharsis Journey
A somatic healing journey to rewire your nervous system and restore your energetic flow.
Through intentional movement, breathwork, and nervous system-sensitive guidance, this class supports you in releasing stored patterns, regulating your system, and reconnecting to your inner strength. Somatic Movement facilitates lasting shifts—physically, emotionally, and energetically.
Through intuitive movement, breath, rhythm, and body awareness, we’ll explore how the body holds the keys to healing, liberation, and pleasure.
Somatic Breathwork & Sound Healing
This session is designed to reconnect you with the innate healer within using a powerful tool – your breath.
Together, we’ll move through a guided session designed to safely access elevated states while anchoring deeply into the body’s felt sense. With each inhale and exhale, we’ll reunite with the subtler layers of somatic awareness, achieving deeper nervous system recalibration and expanded states of embodied consciousness.
We’ll explore how breathing patterns, conscious micro-movements, and refined body-mapping techniques can unlock hidden reservoirs of vitality and dissolve deeply rooted protective patterns. You’ll learn how to navigate and integrate more intense energetic releases, expand your capacity for presence, and work skillfully with the body’s innate wisdom.
Using these methods, you’ll access the opportunity to accelerate emotional integration, release long-held trauma imprints, and cultivate sustained states of clarity and grounded expansion.

Bi-Weekly Brainspotting Group Class
This is not your average group experience — it’s a guided exploration of your inner architecture.
Because the brain functions much like a computer software system, experiences, beliefs, and survival responses become encoded over time. These internal programs shape how we perceive, feel, and respond—often outside of conscious awareness. Brainspotting offers a way to access and update these patterns at the level where they are stored.
In group Brainspotting, we work with how the nervous system organizes experience beneath conscious thought. Using focused visual attention and nervous system attunement, this class supports subcortical processing without force, analysis, or reliving.
This is a shared space for individual work. Each participant brings a personal issue, intention, or area of focus while being guided through Brainspotting together, supported by the safety and regulation of a group container.
Whether you’re navigating stress, emotional overwhelm, recurring patterns, or simply wanting greater clarity and embodiment, this experience supports nervous system recalibration at the root.
There is no requirement to share personal details, perform, or explain your experience. Participation is invitational, and each nervous system is honored at its own pace.
Booty Sculpt + Nervous System Cooldown
Booty Sculpt + Nervous System Cooldown is a high-awareness somatic strength class designed to deeply activate the glutes and core while creating space for emotional and physical release — much like breathwork does.
This is not just about sculpting. It’s about awakening the body.
Through slow, intentional movement, mindful muscle engagement, and controlled resistance, students build strength from the inside out. The Spiral Structure Technique and HotCore®️ sequences emphasize deep core activation, exaggerated pelvic tuck, and intentional spinal rounding to awaken stabilizing muscles, improve alignment, and reconnect you to your center.
Beginners yoga
Great for anyone who is new to yoga or getting back into it. Intensities start low, where you can hold it or progress to medium and hold it, and over time, reach the highest expression of each pose.
With modifications for all levels.
This is a great introduction to all the basic moves in Yoga.
Enabling you to slowly and safely progress your own personal yoga practice. We all have to start somewhere.
Kundalini
It is the original model of all spiritual practices today. A group of people comes into one space that feels special. They all sit at the same time and move in unison. They all speak the same words at the same time.
This is a powerful recipe for union. Kundalini is a very ancient and traditional set of specific mantras, accompanied by a yoga flow, kriya, breathwork, pranayama, and meditations like Japa Mala.
Ending with the mantra Sat Nam- identity of truth. Kundalini differs from other Yoga disciplines in how long moves are held, often 3 to 5 minutes at a time, with breath work, and intention. In this, you find the strength in yourself and see that you really can do anything!
