This signature class at Insumataq Studio blends the core-strengthening precision of Pilates with the dynamic toning of barre, all grounded in somatic movement principles. Designed to meet you where you are—whether you’re just beginning your movement journey or returning after time away—this practice is a sacred invitation to move with intention, breath, and awareness.
Rather than moving on autopilot, we slow down to feel each motion, creating space to release tension, awaken the core, and improve posture while deepening your connection to self. With each breath, we begin to rewire old patterns, regulate the nervous system, and build strength from the inside out.

Somatic Movement is a transformational practice combining breathwork, intuitive movement, Reiki, sensory awareness, and PSYCH-K® subconscious reprogramming. This series focuses on releasing stored tension, clearing dense energy, and rebalancing major systems in the body—like the heart, gut, and nervous system.
Each class is intuitively guided and tailored to the group’s needs, helping you shift deep-rooted patterns, regulate your system, and reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom. Expect to leave each session feeling lighter, more empowered, and aligned from within.
Yoga Bliss
A deeply nourishing experience designed to guide your body and mind into a state of rest, repair, and renewal. This class blends restorative yoga postures with consent-based, intuitive hands-on touch, gentle massage using essential oils, and the subtle healing energy of Reiki.
Each class is thoughtfully crafted to create a safe, supportive space where you can fully unwind, release tension, and reconnect with yourself. A sanctuary of calm to leave you feeling relaxed, grounded, and deeply nourished.
Sunday Reiki & Sound Bath Circle – By Donation
Come unwind, restore, and realign with our weekly Reiki and Sound Bath Circle, a sacred community space where healing meets harmony. This is a donation-based event (give what you can, no one turned away), designed to help you reset your nervous system, open your heart, and receive energy healing in a supportive group setting.

Our studio offers Biodynamic Breathwork (BBTRS), a transformative practice designed to release trauma, tension, and emotional blockages stored within the body. This unique approach combines conscious breathing, somatic movement, sound healing, touch, and mindfulness to foster deep healing and transformation at the physical, emotional, and mental levels. Through the power of vibrational sound therapy, we help facilitate energetic release, enhance relaxation, and restore harmony within the body and mind.

In just 45 minutes, Sacred Silence offers a midday retreat to ground your energy, quiet your mind, and reconnect with yourself. This sanctuary of calm incorporates mindful movement, breathwork, stillness, and Reiki healing to release tension and restore balance. As you move through the practice, you’ll also have the opportunity to rewire limiting beliefs, fostering a mindset of empowerment and growth. Leave feeling refreshed, centered, and ready to embrace the rest of your day with clarity and confidence.

Bring your drums, rattles, shakers, or any instruments that move you. Come to listen, hum, play, or simply be held in the vibration. This is not a performance — it’s a remembering.

Guided Community Hike (Complementary)
Join us for a soul-nourishing hike through nature as we reconnect with the earth, our bodies, and each other.
Led by master guide and medicine woman Jennifer Amaral, this is more than just a walk — it’s a moving meditation, a breath-led journey, and a sacred remembering of who you are in relationship with the land.
As we hike together, you’ll be gently guided through grounding practices, mindful pauses, breathwork, and somatic awareness to deepen your connection to nature and self. Expect a pace that’s accessible, reflective, and heart-centered.
