Sacred Reiki & Sound Healing Circles
Our weekly Reiki & Sound Healing Circles are sacred community gatherings created to support deep energetic clearing, emotional balancing, and nervous system regulation. These circles provide a safe, welcoming, and heart-centered space for individuals to come together, heal, and reconnect with themselves on a profound level.
Reconnecting with Your True Self
This experience is much more than a traditional class or session. It’s a ritual of return — a powerful opportunity to return to yourself, your breath, your body, and your inner wisdom. Through the combination of Reiki energy healing and sound therapy, we invite participants to release blockages, align with their authentic selves, and bring balance to their emotional, mental, and physical states.
WHAT IS A REIKI CIRCLE?

The Essence of Reiki Circles
A Reiki Circle is a space where healing energy is shared among participants in a group. It is typically guided by one or more experienced Reiki practitioners who channel energy to help individuals relax, relieve stress, and promote healing.

How Does a Reiki Circle Work?
A group of participants sits or lies down in a circle, creating an energetic bond between them. Reiki practitioners move around the circle, gently placing their hands on or near the participants' bodies, allowing the universal energy to flow.

What Happens During a Reiki Circle?
Relaxation and Meditation: Many Reiki Circles begin with a brief meditation or relaxation exercise to help participants prepare to receive the energy. Energy Work: The Reiki practitioners move around the circle, channeling energy to each individual.
