This signature class at Insumataq Studio blends the core-strengthening precision of Pilates with the dynamic toning of barre, all grounded in somatic movement principles. Designed to meet you where you are—whether you’re just beginning your movement journey or returning after time away—this practice is a sacred invitation to move with intention, breath, and awareness.
Rather than moving on autopilot, we slow down to feel each motion, creating space to release tension, awaken the core, and improve posture while deepening your connection to self. With each breath, we begin to rewire old patterns, regulate the nervous system, and build strength from the inside out.
Mindfull Morning Movement:

In Mindful Morning Movement, we remove external distractions—especially sight—so you can finally feel what’s really happening inside. When the eyes are covered, the senses heighten. Awareness deepens. Self-judgment softens. Comparison disappears. OR they don’t and you actually hear and see them, empowering change.
Through blindfolded, intuitive movement paired with hypnotic language, this class helps you reconnect with your body in a raw, unfiltered way. You’ll move from thinking to sensing, from performing to being. It’s a gentle but powerful way to wake up the nervous system, reset your energy, and start the day grounded in your truth.

Sacred Silence: A Midday Retreat on the Mat
In just 45 minutes, Sacred Silence offers a midday retreat to ground your energy, quiet your mind, and reconnect with yourself. This sanctuary of calm incorporates mindful movement, breathwork, stillness, and Reiki healing to release tension and restore balance. As you move through the practice, you’ll also have the opportunity to rewire limiting beliefs, fostering a mindset of empowerment and growth. Leave feeling refreshed, centered, and ready to embrace the rest of your day with clarity and confidence.

A healing journey through somatic movement and dance to rewire your nervous system and awaken your inner vitality.
This transformational series blends breathwork, intuitive movement, energy healing, and PSYCH-K® subconscious reprogramming to help you release tension, clear dense energy, and shift limiting patterns held in the body.
We’ll work with key systems like the nervous system, heart, and gut, restoring flow, balance, and energetic alignment. Each class is intuitively guided and unique to the needs of the group, combining somatic practices and expressive dance to reconnect you with your body’s innate wisdom.

Breathwork & Sound Healing
Our studio offers Biodynamic Breathwork (BBTRS), a transformative practice designed to release trauma, tension, and emotional blockages stored within the body. This unique approach combines conscious breathing, somatic movement, sound healing, touch, and mindfulness to foster deep healing and transformation at the physical, emotional, and mental levels. Through the power of vibrational sound therapy, we help facilitate energetic release, enhance relaxation, and restore harmony within the body and mind.

Participants learn tools to regulate their nervous system, express themselves confidently, and feel more at ease in their changing world.
